A P‐functionalized [3]ferrocenophane with a dynamic SPS‐bridge

چکیده
Condensation of ferrocene-1,1′-dithiol with PCl3 and P(NMe2)3 gave P-functionalized [3]ferrocenophanes an SPS-ansa-bridge. The P-chloro-derivative exists as a mixture two dynamically exchanging conformers which equilibrate via moderately fast torsional ring-flip process rather than P-inversion.
